One Piece - Going Merry (Life Size Replica)

How cool is that? A life size replica of a ship in an anime.

The Going Merry is the ship used by the Straw Hat Pirates in One Piece in their travels across East Blue and the Grand Line to find One Piece.

The anime is still on-going and has spawned many games. The show has also suffered mutilation under the hands of 4Kids who owned the license in America.

As quoted in Wikipedia:
"...4Kids has altered some of its titles to the point where they have lost the qualities that originally made them appealing in Japan, by rewriting entire storylines, significantly altering character personalities, and replacing the original background music and themes."

Doraemon Voice Actress PWNs Arkanoid

Doraemon is a dysfunctional robotic cat from the 22nd century who came to the past to help the life Nobita Nobi, since his bungling in school and his career has left his family in poverty which is felt right up to his decendants.

Doraemon originated in Japan and was aired by TV Asahi in 1979 and have since become very famous, especially in Southeast Asia.

The latest voice actor for Doraemon, Oyama Nobuyo have appeared in a tv show showing her skills in Arkanoid. However, she mentions that she's only good at Arkanoid and no other games. :)

An anouncement as of 13/3/2005 in Anime News Network have confirmed new voice actors for Doraemon with Mizuta Wasabi as Doraemon. What's surprising is that Seki Tomokazu (Sagara Sousuke - Full Metal Panic, Yzak Joule - Gundam SEED) will be voicing Suneo. :))

I wonder how he will sound like. :D
